Micronesia Security Monitor
Micronesia sits at the center of Pacific great power competition. The Micronesia Security Monitor aims to provide researchers and policymakers a comprehensive view of the region's strategic importance and developments in an increasingly complex security environment.
The platform provides a cohesive visual tool for understanding the region's geopolitical landscape. It identifies bases (and places), tracks military exercises, diplomatic initiatives, development projects, and infrastructure by the US, China, Japan, Australia, and other regional powers.
PCIS
The Pacific Center for Island Security (PCIS) is anchored in an island and islander perspective. Based in Guam, PCIS aims to ensure that islands and islanders themselves have a voice amongst the cacophony that is geopolitical posturing. Further, we aim to be a home of critical conversation and action on island security.
